Dyscalculia Guidance for
educators & TEachers
teacher resources for dyscalculia
While 1 in every 20 students is dyscalculic, teachers rarely receive university training on dyscalculia. Many feel unequipped to recognize dyscalculia, assess for this learning disability, or provide effective interventions and accommodations.
As a dyscalculia specialist, I provide training and consultations for teachers, tutors, educational psychologists, and school support staff.
We can work individually, or as group, to equip you to better understand dyscalculia, identify and recognize the signs and symptoms, pursue proper assessment options, apply effective teaching strategies, and provide meaningful supports for students with a math learning disability.
